1.How will I receive my order?

All patterns come full scale and include easy to follow, step by step, picture instructions.

Patterns come A4 size and are posted to you in securely sealed envelopes to fit straight through your letterbox.

All patterns are posted via Royal Mail. Kits and fabrics are delivered via courier service, therefore allow 4-5 days for delivery or orders containing kits and fabrics.

2. Can I sell items I've made from your patterns?

Angel Policy - Owl and Sewing Cat patterns are copyrighted and NOT for commercial use.

We are happy for you to use our patterns to make lovely gifts for your family and friends and even if you're running a craft stall at your local school, community centre for charity, etc, however we kindly request that you do not market any Owl and Sewing Cat patterns as your own design or use them for any business purposes.

3. Are your patterns suitable for beginners?

We sell patterns catered towards all sewing abilities, even complete beginners!

Even if you have never touched a sewing machine before our easy to follow patterns will help you learn and progress your sewing skills.

4. Do you sell fabrics online?

We do now have a range of fabrics available online, please note that the stocks available will change, so please ensure you order plenty for your project as we may not be able to re-order when stocks run out. 7. Can I buy from your website if I don't have a paypal account?

Yes, if you wish to buy something from owlandsewingcat.com but don't have a Paypal account you can use your credit or debit card at the checkout.

8. Are Owl and Sewing Cat patterns paper or digital?

All Owl and Sewing Cat patterns are printed onto paper. The paper used is thick quality, so you can reuse your pattern again and again! The majority of our patterns are now available as downloadable PDFs. Find them here - https://www.owlandsewingcat.com/collections/digital-pdf-patterns For now there is a good selection available, however we are hoping to expand this option throughout our whole range. (Watch this space!)

9. When will I receive my first Club Membership parcel?

Parcels are shipped out on the 25th of each month and should be with our lovely members by the 1st of the month. Therefore our cut off date for each month is the 25th.

For example - if you were to sign up on the 26th February, your first parcel will be shipped out on the 25th March and you will have it with you by the 1st of April.

10. If I renew my Club Membership will I receive the same project again?

No, if you choose to renew your subscription you will receive all new and different projects to those previously received. You will not receive any repeat projects. If a long period of time has passed since you were a member last then feel free to drop us a quick message to say you are now a member again and we will ensure you don't receive duplicate projects.

11. What if I want to become a Club Member and I already have some of your kits and patterns?

If you'd like to become a member but have purchased kits/patterns in the past. This is not a problem, simply drop us a message with a list of the projects you already have to info@owlandsewingcat.com and we will avoid sending you these again.

12. What happens if I need to change my payment card via Paypal for my Club Membership subscription payments to continue?

You can change your payment card or replace with a new card via Paypal. Simply log into your account and tap the 'wallet' section of the website/app. There you can add your new or updated card details. This will then allow us to continue to take payments for your Club Membership subscription and you won't miss out on your monthly project.

13. Do you have a size chart for your dressmaking patterns?

Yes, we do! Click here to find our size chart.

14. How do I download my PDF patterns?

Once you've purchased your PDF pattern it'll be available to download. A link will appear after the checkout which you can tap on. You can access this link again and again as it will be sent in a message to your email. The file will then be downloaded to your device/computer. You can then find this file in your downloads.
